Welcome to the Pightle

What is the Pightle?
The Pightle is an area of nearly ten acres of unspoilt countryside in the heart of Eaton Socon, St Neots.
Everyone is welcome to this haven of natural beauty.
There are tracks down to the river, wildflower areas, woodland paths, a variety of wildlife to look at and several areas with seating for quiet contemplation.
See our 'About' section for further information.

Pals of the Pightle
The Pightle is entirely dependent on charitable giving and the work of volunteers for maintaining the site for all to enjoy.
If you would like to support The Pightle Millennium Green Trust in this work, either as a one off donation or a regular contribution, please download a Pal of the Pightle form here

Volunteering at the Pightle
The Pightle is maintained entirely by unpaid volunteers. Activities include mowing grass, trimming back brambles and vegetation from pathways, spreading chippings on paths and planting new trees, to name but a few! No experience is required and there is always something to do to suit most levels of ability.
Regular volunteer sessions meet from 9-11am on Monday mornings - either contact us at chair@eatonsoconpightle.org.uk or just turn up! Sturdy shoes and gardening gloves recommended, any tools required are provided.
